Choosing WCF?

The reasons are below, why we choose WCF in .NET other than JAVA and so on.

1. We can build our own webservices using .NET languages.
2. We can implement Object oriented concepts (which are supported by .NET languages), so we can acheive both object oriented and service oriented implementation by using WCF.

Today i planned to start reading the book professional WCF programming by WROX publication!.


If you guys having any experience on WCF, kindly share with me, i am new bee to WCF.

I will try to post some of the information from the book, when i read interesting.
